YourRad works to provide advanced equipment for radiotherapy for cancer patients. For us, it goes without saying that we have procedures, processes, and systems in place to ensure high quality all the way from our suppliers to the patients receiving radiotherapy. We have implemented procedures for product control, traceability, customer complaints, adverse events, and reporting to regulatory authorities. We have chosen to certify our quality management system according to the ISO standard for medical devices. ISO 13485. This means, among other things, that our work, procedures, and quality management system are reviewed by an external auditor every year.
